TKG and Oncology Executive Thought Leaders Discuss Technology and Process Innovations in Clinical Operations

The panel shared experiences and insights gained over the last 14 months on the current state of cancer center operations, environmental challenges facing cancer care delivery, organizational and financial challenges, and various innovations in clinical operations.

NEW YORK, NY, May 21, 2021 – The Kinetix Group (TKG) assembled Oncology Thought Leaders from leading cancer centers and advocacy organizations from across the nation to virtually discuss insights and innovations in cancer care delivery amidst accelerating disruptive forces, given the challenges of the current COVID-19 pandemic. Participants included senior executives from 14 leading organizations including Johns Hopkins Medicine, Duke Health System, University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, Northwestern University, City of Hope, Moffitt Cancer Center, Fox Chase Cancer Center, The James Cancer Center at Ohio State University, the Patient Advocate Foundation, University of Vermont, Rush Health, and Jefferson Health.

Topics discussed included Critical Issues Facing Cancer Care Delivery Models, Technology Driven Innovations in Clinical Operations, and People and Process Driven Innovations to High Quality Cancer Care. The panel shared experiences and insights gained over the last 14 months on the current state of cancer center operations, environmental challenges facing cancer care delivery, organizational and financial challenges, and various innovations in clinical operations. Many of these discussions incorporated advancements in technology as a significant driver of these changes.
